At the end of the procedure of payment, the order will be taken in charge by the system.
Shipping times changes depending to the product or products purchased.

If you purchase a product from the category bicycles or frames, the order will be processed in a time ranging from 4-5 weeks after the order, depending on the required customizations.

If an accessory such as Handlebars or ClutchBags is in stock the delivery time is approximately 24/48 hours from order confirmation. If the product is not immediately available, we will contact you and provide detailed information about the time required to process your order.

The product or products are delivered directly to the address provided by the customer in the order confirmation. Any delay not known, upon confirmation of order, will be promptly communicated.

 

HOW ARE SHIPPING:

Scatto Italiano ships anywhere in Italy and in world via courier TNT to the address indicated by the customer upon completion of the order.

The shipment does not include any customs duties, in the case of shipments outside the EU.

The Customer will receive an email with shipping with the number of waybill and directions to check the tracking online; customer can track the shipment from the website of the courier. For national shipments delivery will take place in 24 hours during handling of the courier. For Basilicata, Campania, Calabria, Apulia and Islands the delivery may take an additional day. For shipments outside the Italian territory be delivered in 3/5 days. Any delays caused by customs inspections or controls are not attributable to Scatto Italiano.

UPS requires the signature of the addressee to deliver the shipment. If customer isn’t present at the delivery, the courier UPS will leave a notice with the specification of contact to arrange time and how to arrange a new delivery. In most cases customer can also collect the order by going to the post Office at which is filing.

UPS deliveries on weekdays from Monday to Friday.

Note that you cannot change your delivery address once your order has been shipped. If you need a new expedition for reasons not due to the inability of Scatto Italiano, but snap recipient to receive shipping, this latter will be charged to the customer.

In case of damage during delivery, Scatto Italiano will turn directly to the courier to resolve this issue as soon as possible and with a particularly problem for the customer. We will do our best to inform customer about the progress of our investigation.

 

CHANGES AND RETURNS

In compliance with European Union rules on distance contracts customer has the right to cancel the order, return an item or change it by communicating decision within 14 days of the date on which customer, or a person designated, has taken possession physically of the product and products.

In the specific case of the purchase of a bicycle, the return policy will apply only to standard configurations, are excluded bikes configured or those whose frame is manufactured according to the customer’s biometric measurements, in accordance with art. 59 letter c) of the consumer code (Exceptions to the right of annulment”) notwithstanding the articles 52 to 58 of the same code. An exception will be done in case the product delivered does not conform to that ordered, has flaw or configuration errors caused by Scatto Italiano.

After having communicated the intent to return the product, customer has 14 days to return it, complete with receipt/invoice, original packing and accessories supplied. If the product is damaged, the amount of the refund may be offset according to the loss of product value. Only unused products will be accepted. Scatto Italiano reserves the right to refuse a refund if product has obvious signs of use or damage. We will not accept products which have been modified or altered.

Scatto Italiano commits to refund the amount paid during the purchase, excluding shipping costs which are carriage of customer.

To forward the request of change/return you must send an email to info@scattoitaliano.it that must contain the following information: A copy of the invoice the customer’s full name full address where to withdraw products a contact phone number best time to be contacted by courier indicating or products to change or make indication about the reasons behind the request for Exchange or return.

After examination of inquiry, Scatto italiano will send customer an email within 72 hours with references of the shipping and its seal to be applied to the package to return.

In case of a return, if the product(s) returned will be eligible under the conditions mentioned above customer will receive it in 15 days for a refund based on the original payment method.

In case of a change, customer will receive a new order confirmation with the specs of the new shipment of the new package allocated to the customer.
