Lunar: the visible side of the Moon.

The Dark Side of the Moon is the title of one of the greatest album from the Pink Floyd. The One Lunar project is our attempt at celebrating the visible side of the moon. Only two shades of color, white and black. These are the colors that can be seen admiring the rounded face of the Moon…the white plateaus of regolith alternated by the deep black of the craters.

 

The inspiration for the final design comes from the astronauts helmet, an example of sturdiness and mechanics elegance. Similar to the levers with the double braking system which allows to brake keeping the hands on the top part of the handlebar. An elegant but effective technical solution.
