IS AVAILABLE A SIZES GUIDELINE?
Our size guideline will help customer choose the right size of frame for his bicycle. Using our chart customer can easily identify, in relation to his height, the size most comfortable for him. Customer can also view and make sure the angles and geometry that characterize his frame. If customer need a frame made to his biometric measurements, he can contact us and we will assist him in collecting the data necessary for the construction of a physical frame. WHERE CAN I FIND FURTHER INFORMATION ABOUT PRODUCTS?
Each product sold on our Online Store has a dedicated page where customer can find all the technical and dimensional specifications. For models range customer can download technical sheet in pdf with product-specific details. In addition, the project section of the site www.scattoitaliano.it customer can find more information about the processes, technologies and design that characterize our articles. During the setting up of a bicycle, customer will have access to a series of instructional videos that will help him to have a more comprehensive perception of the product.
CAN I PURCHASE INDIVIDUALLY AN ARTICLE THAT I HAVE FIND IN THE CONFIGURATOR?
In our Online Store customer can buy only products branded Scatto Italiano. With regard to third party components customer cannot purchase directly through our Online Store. Exceptions are owners of a Scatto Italiano bicycle or frame, they can contact Scatto Italiano customer service, to request or order a replacement part if the original is damaged or worn. The prices of components will be quoted at time of order.
THE PRICE MENTIONED IS ALREADY WITH VAT?
All prices on our Online Store include taxes that apply to purchases made by customer with respect to his Country.
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE?
No, to place an order on our Online Store customer can’t need a personal account. However, registering allows customer to view the order history and check the status of his current orders. Create a personal account is easy and can be done at the time of payment.
WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You will be notified via email during the different phases of order processing. If customer has an account, he can go in and check the status of his order by clicking on “my orders”.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
If you purchase a product from the category bicycles or frame, the order will be processed in a time ranging from 4-5 weeks after the order depending on the required customizations.
If you purchase an accessory like the handlebars or the Clutch Bag, if in stock, the delivery time is approximately 24/48 hours from order confirmation. In the event the product is not immediately available, we will contact customer to provide him with detailed information about the timing necessary for the execution of the order.
CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS?
Note that customer cannot change his delivery address once the order has been shipped. If customer needs a new expedition for reasons not due to the inability of Scatto Italiano, but for the recipient’s inability, to receive the latter shipping it will be charged to the customer.
HOW TO RECEIVE A BICYCLE?
Our bikes are delivered completely assembled with the exception of the front wheel and pedals, which the customer can easily install. Keys will be given him to perform these operations.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Shipping costs vary depending on the product or products purchased. The order confirmation it’s possible to monitor the shipping cost. CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
In compliance with European Union rules on distance contracts customer has the right to cancel the order, return an item or change it by communicating the decision within 14 days of the date on which he, or a person designated by him, has taken possession of the product physically. CAN I CHANGE AN ONLINE PURCHASE?

As soon as I return arrives at our warehouse, we will immediately let customer knows via email. Remember that the return process takes time. The refund will be credited within 14 business days.
I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE ITEM FROM ONLINE STORE
It is good practice to check, immediately upon receipt, the goods received to make sure there are no defects or damage.
